Welcome to Packlune. These terms govern your use of our website and your purchases from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them. They're written in plain English on purpose.
WHO WE ARE
Packlune (operated by Lake State Web Co) sells travel packing products from East Lansing, Michigan, USA. Contact: support@packlune.shop.
ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. That email acknowledges we received your order; our acceptance happens when we ship. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, suspected fraud, address problems, or an obvious error on our end — and if we cancel after you've paid, you'll receive a full refund promptly.
PRICING AND ERRORS
All prices are in US dollars. We work hard to keep prices and product information accurate, but genuine mistakes happen. If we discover a pricing or description error affecting your order, we'll contact you with the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We don't honor prices that are clearly the result of a technical error, and we won't pretend that's anything other than fair.
SHIPPING AND RISK
Shipping terms are in our Shipping Policy, which is part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery; that said, if a package is lost or damaged in transit, our practice is to make it right — see the Shipping Policy.
RETURNS
Our 30-day use-it-first guarantee is described in the Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
YOUR CONDUCT
You agree not to misuse this site: no unlawful activity, no attempting to breach security, no scraping at scale, no infringing our or others' intellectual property.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Packlune name, site content, product copy, and images are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.
DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our products are sold for ordinary travel and storage use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
DISPUTES
Talk to us first — genuinely. Email support@packlune.shop and a human will try to fix the problem. If we can't resolve it, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, and disputes will be handled in courts located in Michigan, unless applicable law gives you the right to a different venue.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted at the time of your order governs that order.
