PACKLUNE SHIPPING POLICY — Last updated: August 7, 2026

THE SHORT VERSION

Every order ships FREE anywhere in the United States with full tracking. Right now, delivery takes 8–12 days from the day you order. We’re moving our first inventory into a US warehouse — once it lands, delivery drops to 2–5 business days, and this page will say so.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your label is created.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Current total time from click to doorstep is 8–12 days anywhere in the US, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories (the far corners can take a day or two longer). We’d rather quote the real number than a pretty one — if we beat it, that’s a good surprise instead of a broken promise.

TRACKING

Tracking usually starts updating within 24–48 hours of pickup. If your tracking hasn’t moved for 5+ days, email us and we’ll investigate with the carrier directly — you shouldn’t have to sit on hold with a carrier, ever.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but nothing showed up, email us within 7 days and we’ll replace it or refund you. Photos help but aren’t required for damage claims under $100.

INTERNATIONAL

US only at launch. International shipping is on the roadmap.
